From Daily IT Fixes to Executive Direction, Invara Fills the Gaps.
Community banks rely on MSPs for support, but MSPs don't manage staff, other vendors, or internal projects. Invara fills those gaps, providing fractional CIO and ISO support to handle the day-to-day while guiding long-term strategy.

It's Time to Expect More From Your IT.
Today technology drives every part of banking. It demands real management, not a patchwork fix or the teller who's just 'good with computers'. Traditional MSPs don't fill that gap, which is why banks need something better.
Get A Partner Who Knows Your Bank Inside and Out.
IT works best when it's in sync with your whole bank. We're not just another outside provider, we become part of your team. Embedded in the day-to-day, we're there for the small details as well as the big picture, working alongside your staff and leadership every step of the way. That's why we know your core, your systems, and your people in a way others can't, ensuring your technology is managed as a whole and tailored to the unique needs of your community bank.
More expertise means better execution.
We bring a rare blend of banking and technology expertise that's hard to match in a single hire. Our team holds multiple certifications, has worked directly with regulators and examiners, and has guided community banks through complex audits. You gain the depth and breadth of talent found in top MSPs, yet delivered as if we were part of your own staff. The result is leadership and execution that align with the real-world needs of community banks.
Clarity and Communication, Because We Speak Your Language.
Communication stays clear because we understand banks from the inside out. We're not outsiders trying to learn your world, we are bankers ourselves, embedded in your team and culture. That's why we speak the same language as your staff, leadership, and vendors, and why we can bridge the gaps that often slow projects down, allowing your technology, compliance, and operations stay connected, just like your bank needs them to.

Meet our Principal
Troy Poulin is a seasoned banking executive with more than a decade of experience leading technology, operations, and risk management in the community banking sector. As former Chief Information Officer of The Claxton Bank, he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives that modernized infrastructure, strengthened cybersecurity, and aligned closely with FFIEC, FDIC, and state regulatory standards. His background spans IT strategy, information security, project management, vendor oversight, and operational excellence—bridging the gap between technology and business growth. Troy earned his Finance degree from the University of Georgia, graduated from the Georgia Banking School at UGA, and is currently attending the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
During his time at The Claxton Bank, Troy was deeply involved in the Georgia banking community, serving on the GBA Marketing Committee, the GBA Operations & Technology Committee, the Community Bankers Association (CBA) LEAD Board, and multiple GBA Leadership Roundtables. He has also presented at numerous banking conferences, sharing insights on technology strategy, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.
Recognizing how difficult it has become for community banks to recruit and retain top-tier IT and information security talent, Troy founded Invara Technologies to fill that gap. Through fractional CIO and ISO services, he helps banks develop scalable IT strategies, enhance resilience, and maintain audit readiness without the overhead of full-time executive staff. His approach is both strategic and hands-on—grounded in the realities of banking and driven by a deep understanding of how people, systems, and compliance intersect. Troy’s mission is simple: help community banks strengthen their technology foundations so they can focus on serving their communities.
